Petit Vert Salad with mustard dressing

Petit vert is a non forming head cabbage. It’s a hybrid of Brussels sprouts and Kale.

Petit Vert meaning small green was produced by crossing of  Brussels sprouts and Kale in 1990 at Masuda Saijo farm of Shizuoka pref.

This green is a whitish because of  cuticular (cuticle) wax layers, that protects plants against desiccation and UV radiation. So whitish-green color is the sign of that plants have grown finely.
