Ingredients of stuffing are ground pork, Shiitake mushroom, Takenoko bamboo and egg, for seasoning soy sauce, sake, salt, pepper and sugar.

Overlap a boiled cabbage and a stuffing pork alternately in a bowl.
Heat it in a microwave oven for 7-8 minutes.
