I was born and raised in the seaside town.  So I love seafood, especially shellfish, clam, turban shell, Japanese Babylon, Umbonium giganteum, etc.

is a shellfish of Buccinidae family and there are a lot of varieties, which don’t have a formal Japanese name.  ツブ貝(つぶがい) literally “pork spare ribs Soba”
