Avocado & Potato Macaroni Gratin
This macaroni is a boiled soon type, it will go up boiled only in three minutes.
In 1872 during Meiji period, the book of “Western cooking recipe (西洋料理指南)” introduced a macaroni as something like a Udon similar to the bamboo tube.
Macaroni is popular as an ingredient of gratin, salad, etc. Today I make a macaroni gratin, with sausage, potato and bacon.
