Japanese Clam Marinières with Sake
This is called “Asari no Sakamushi”, which cooked only with sake. Simple but is the best!
Pattern of shell clams are rich in variation and it is said that individuals who have the same pattern does not exist.
Cook clams in a covered pan with a little bit of sake, and soy sauce to taste.
