”Negi-Toro” Bowl – Tuna & Scallion –

“Negi-Toro” is one in the sushi’s list.

“Negi-Toro” is fatty tuna meat finely chopped as pasty.  It is often served with finely chopped scallion.
It was created as a meal for employees dishes at “Kintarosushi Honten” of Asakusam, Tokyo.  Then the first time it has been provided to the customer in 1964.
