Grilled Tomatoes with Balsamic Vinegar
Happy side dish of summer!! Tomato red gives vigor to me.
Salt, Herbes de Provence and finely chopped garlic.
Bake them over time at a lower oven, about for an hour at 160 degrees C.
If it is baked, cool in the refrigerator.
Serve them with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, basil for garnish.
